Serving is a very important ability in the racquet sport; especially in the tennis, badminton or table tennis. Learning to serve the ball of tennis is not easy and will take a lot of time. Serving the ball is not only need the power. It also needs skill and experience. There are four steps to serve the ball. Following these steps may help you to serve the ball easier. First, stand with two parts of legs; body goes forward and hold on the ball in your left hand without power. Then toss the ball with straight arm from the bottom to the top (do not throw up the ball), and try you best to make the ball not rotate. In the normal, the ball which you tossed up when it fall down the ground should in front of your feet about six inch length. Second, when you were serving the ball, do not use a part of your body’s power to serve, the whole body’s muscles work together is the only correct way to waving racquet. Make sure your wrist, whole arm, shoulder and back muscles coordinate together, and bend the back with straight leg of opposite direction. Then your whole body like a bow; after that the use the power that from your whole body to move to the small ball. If you want progress faster, get more practice of serve is a good choose. No one can get beautiful serve without practice, if you are new player of tennis, you can use racquet slap those leafs for practice from the tree. Use wrist's power only to slap first, and then change to use shoulder and back's power only; when all things going to right, you may start put those practice together.
